Ingrédients

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- In a skillet, brown meatballs over medium heat until cooked through.
- In a large baking dish, combine cooked noodles, meatballs, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
- Mix well and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
