  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form mixture into small meatballs.
  5. In a skillet, brown meatballs over medium heat until cooked through.
  6. In a large baking dish, combine cooked noodles, meatballs, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
  7. Mix well and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
