Delicious sweet and salty churro bites coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- In a deep skillet, heat oil to 375°F.
- Spoon dough into a piping bag and pipe small bites into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then toss churros in the mixture.
