- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the honey and sriracha to your taste preference.
- For extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
