Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. In another bowl, combine milk and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  8. Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
  9. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
