Ingrédients

- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks and sliced bell pepper on top.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, minced garlic, and ground ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
