- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
