Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pecans, flour, and brown sugar for topping.
- Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden brown.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
