Description

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
  4. Add milk, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. In another bowl, combine pecans, flour, and brown sugar for topping.
  7. Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden brown.
