A classic sweet potato casserole perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
