Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture; mix until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the batter into a greased baking dish.
