- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes and sugar.
- Add milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
