A delicious sweet potato casserole perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Let cool, then peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh sweet potatoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste if you prefer less sweetness.
- Marshmallows can be replaced with pecans for a nutty topping.
