A quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp tossed in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Add the shrimp to the sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
