Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with water according to the package instructions.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
  5. Add the cooked beef to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  7. Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into each phyllo cup.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cups are golden and the filling is hot.
