A delicious and easy-to-make appetizer with a taco twist.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 package mini phyllo cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning with water according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
- Add the cooked beef to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.
- Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into each phyllo cup.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cups are golden and the filling is hot.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
