Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
- Stir in black beans and corn, cooking until heated through.
- Get a bowl and layer cooked rice, beef mixture, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Top with avocado slices and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
