Description

Tasty vegan chickpea nuggets are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional chicken nuggets, packed with flavor and protein.


Ingrédients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until mostly smooth.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, parsley, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Form the mixture into nugget shapes.
  6. Place nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
