  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the tater tots evenly.
  4. Top the tater tots with the cooked sausage and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
