A hearty breakfast casserole featuring tater tots, eggs, and cheese.

- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the tater tots evenly.
- Top the tater tots with the cooked sausage and half of the cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge overnight.
- Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer.
