- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, ham, green onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Spread the tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
