Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange tator tots on top of the cheese.
