Ingrédients

- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Cook ground beef with ginger and garlic in a skillet.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and green onions. Mix well.
- Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and fill with beef mixture.
- Seal the buns and place them in a steamer.
- Steam for 15 minutes until fluffy.

- Ensure buns are sealed properly.
- Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
