Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and oil. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and fold the dough over.
- Steam the buns for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Ensure the buns are sealed well to prevent filling from leaking.
- Adjust seasoning in beef mixture to taste.
