  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and oil. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. In another bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each ball.
  6. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and fold the dough over.
  7. Steam the buns for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
