Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken.
  4. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  6. Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
