A quick and tasty teriyaki chicken stir fry packed with vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir in teriyaki sauce.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
