Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
- 1 can corn (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
