Description
Thai basil beef rolls are a delicious and fresh dish that combines marinated beef with aromatic Thai basil wrapped in rice paper.

- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds until soft.
- Place a few basil leaves, a slice of beef, cucumber, and carrot on each wrapper.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
