Description

Thai basil beef rolls are a delicious and fresh dish that combines marinated beef with aromatic Thai basil wrapped in rice paper.


Ingrédients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10 seconds until soft.
  3. Place a few basil leaves, a slice of beef, cucumber, and carrot on each wrapper.
  4. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.
