Ingrédients

- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1–2 red chilies, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add Thai basil and chilies, stir until basil wilts.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Adjust chili level to your preference.
- Use fresh Thai basil for the best flavor.
- Serve with jasmine rice for a complete meal.
