Grilled chicken with Thai flavors.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken breasts to marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust marinade for desired flavor.
- Serve with rice or salad.
- Can substitute chicken thighs if preferred.
