Ingrédients

- 2 stalks lemongrass, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with lemongrass, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
