A delicious and easy recipe for Thai peanut noodles with chicken.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and water until smooth.
- In a pan, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add cooked noodles to the chicken and pour the peanut sauce over them.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding chili flakes if desired.
- Use tofu instead of chicken for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
