  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, and water until smooth.
  3. In a pan, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the chicken and pour the peanut sauce over them.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
  7. Serve warm.
