- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like diced celery or olives.
