- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling and seal with the beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush the tops with egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- You can add other herbs to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
