Ingrédients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
