Description
Delicious Thanksgiving bars dessert with a blend of pumpkin and spices.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can top with whipped cream before serving.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
