A festive Thanksgiving bento cake that combines traditional flavors in a delightful, portable format.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into a greased bento box.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
