Ingrédients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 6 cloves, minced
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage) – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper – 1 tablespoon
- Stuffing – 1 box (14 oz)
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 2 cups
- Pumpkin pie – 1 (9 inch)
- Birthday cake – 1 (layered)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Bake the turkey for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- While the turkey is baking, steam the green beans until tender.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie and birthday cake.
