A delicious thanksgiving bread pudding made with rich flavors and comforting textures.

- 5 cups of cubed bread
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and raisins.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread and raisins, stirring to combine.
- Add the chopped pecans and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use day-old bread for better texture.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
