Ingrédients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and form into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use warm milk, not hot, to activate yeast.
- Brush rolls with melted butter for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
