A simple and healthy Thanksgiving side dish featuring broccoli.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound fresh broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
- In a bowl, mix the broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add lemon juice for extra flavor.
- You can substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
