Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
