- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix in sugar, melted butter, eggs, and cinnamon.
- Add flour and salt. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape dough into buns and place on a baking tray.
- Let buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter bun, add more sugar.
- Store leftover buns in an airtight container.
- These buns can be frozen for later use.
