Description
A delicious Thanksgiving casserole made from leftover turkey and vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix turkey, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with an even layer of mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any leftover vegetables you have.
- Feel free to add more cheese for a cheesier flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
