A rich and decadent chocolate pie perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 8 oz of bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Gradually mix in the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a richer taste, use dark chocolate.
