Ingrédients

  • 1 whole turkey breast (57 lbs)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)

Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables.
  4. Place the turkey breast on top of the vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is fully cooked.
  6. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs.
