Description
A simple and flavorful Thanksgiving meal made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 1 whole turkey breast (5–7 lbs)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
Instructions
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables.
- Place the turkey breast on top of the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is fully cooked.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs.
- Serve with your favorite Thanksgiving sides.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
