A collection of easy and delicious Thanksgiving side dishes made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and chopping them.
- In the crockpot, combine green beans, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
- Add vegetable broth, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Stir to mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for doneness and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite herbs.
