Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in pumpkin puree.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, adding milk as needed.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and serve.
