Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, and red onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat the vegetables.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
