Ingrédients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream if desired.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Can be frozen for later use.
