Description
Delicious Thanksgiving dessert bars that combine flavors of pumpkin and spices.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Can be frozen for later use.
