Delicious Thanksgiving dessert cups filled with creamy pumpkin mousse and topped with whipped cream.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of dessert cups.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to the whipped cream.
- Gently fold until combined.
- Layer the pumpkin mousse over the crust in the cups.
- Top with additional whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
