A simple and delicious dessert for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
