Delicious pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
