Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
  7. Cool before serving.
