Ingrédients

  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
