Ingrédients

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add in the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
