Ingrédients

- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
- Add in the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir to combine.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
